We know sometimes you don't find the perfect piece of kit the first time. If you want to exchange your item, we ask you to:
- Return the item or order with one of our Returns Portals.
- Find the new item and purchase that as a new order.
If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, the 30-day returns period starts once the whole order is shipped.
Items on SportPursuit are on sale for a limited time and stock changes quickly so we are unable to arrange direct exchanges. Once we receive your returned item we will arrange a refund within 10 working days.
To avoid incurring two shipment costs, you are welcome to contact us with your new order number and we can refund the postage charge for you.
