To make sure everything gets back to us safely and promptly, you cover postage costs to return an item. We work hard to help you return any item in the easiest and most convenient way and even subsidise returns in the UK when you use Royal Mail so you pay less.
Once we've received your kit back we will arrange a refund for that item within 10 working days.
In the UK:
- For returns in the UK, we subsidise return costs with Royal Mail to help you save! The remaining postage will be deducted from your SportPursuit refund and shown as an "adjustment fee" in your refund notification. Please note that this applies to parcels under 20kg and smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D). For larger parcels, you will be responsible for the full return cost, and we can't offer subsidised returns.
Outside the UK:
- For all returns from outside the UK, you can use our international returns portal with ZigZag to buy a return label at a low price. If ZigZag labels are unavailable in your country, you are welcome to return with your preferred courier.
If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, the 30-day returns period starts once the whole order is shipped.
