If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, the 30-day returns period starts once the whole order is shipped.
It's simple to set up a return for all or part of your order. Just follow the steps below:
- Package up your goods by reusing the packaging your order arrived in. If that is not available, you can use any packaging you like – doesn’t have to be the one you received your order in - as long as it’s secure. Ensure you include your order number in the package.
- Log in to your account and go to Returns
- Select "Choose an order to return"
- Select the order you wish to return and then the specific item. Click "Complete your return".
- You can then choose to use one of our Returns Portals to send back your goods (Royal Mail in the UK, ZigZag for outside the UK).
- If you're using Royal Mail, a £3.50 returns fee will be deducted from your refund. For returns outside the UK, you will have to pay for the label directly.
- The label created will include the returns address. All you'll need to do is print the label (a QR code option is available if you don't have access to a printer), take your parcel and your QR code to your chosen drop-off point and they’ll take care of the rest.
- Once we've received your item, we will arrange the refund for your item within 10 working days, back to your original payment method.
