You don't need a printer to return using our Royal Mail returns service. Once you have created a label, you can download it to your smartphone and show this at the post office. The label will have a QR code that they can scan, and then print the label for you.
If you are returning from outside the UK, you will need a printer to use our returns portal ZigZag. If you don't have a printer, please get in touch and we can provide our returns address.
