If the frame or a component no longer functions properly or has a manufacturing defect, we invite you to contact our Customer Service via the "Help" section of our website by selecting the "Need Help? Send us a Message” option.You can find this section at the bottom of our web page.
Depending on the agreements made with the brands, we will take care of the necessary procedures or provide you with the contact details of their After-Sales Service so you can contact them.
We will not be responsible for the outcome of your request. The brand may proceed with a repair, an exchange, a refund, or refuse the request if it deems the defect to have arisen as a result of misuse.
To facilitate the processing of your request, we ask that you provide as much detail as possible about the problem encountered, the circumstances surrounding the defect, and the serial number on the frame. If the defect is visible, a photo will be required as part of the after-sales service file to be provided to the brand.
