You are able to return any order made now up until January 31, 2026.
Returns will need to be created in the usual way, via the account that the order was placed from.
You are welcome to return items from different orders in one parcel.
Please make sure that you clearly mark each item with its respective order number so our returns team can process your refund without delay.
