To secure the best possible value for our members, we sometimes hold stock with our suppliers until the sale ends. This means we can buy in larger quantities and guarantee the best price on every deal. As soon as the sale ends we will get a shipment from the supplier to our warehouse, and ship the items you've purchased on to you.
Expected delivery dates are listed on each product page so you can see when we expect to receive items from our supplier and deliver your orders. Please note that if you order from multiple brands your items may be dispatched separately as soon as they each arrive at our warehouse.
