If you can't find an order in your order history, there are usually two main reasons for this.
- You have more than one SportPursuit account.
- Your order was not placed successfully.
Please contact us with as much information as possible so we can try and locate it for you. Please include any alternative email addresses, an order number if you have one, the delivery postcode, the last 4 digits of the card used or the email address associated with your PayPal account.
