You can update your delivery address or cancel your entire order within 30 minutes of placing it by visiting your order history in your account.
If you would like to make changes more than half an hour after placing your order or you would like to change the size, or to cancel individual items, please contact us. Please note that we are unable to change the color of items once an order is placed.
Our warehouse processes orders quickly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, if your order is already being processed, we cannot guarantee that changes will be made before it is dispatched.
